Examine the Requirements for Engagement

Under certain conditions, the purchasers may request a refund.

  • The patient was pronounced dead upon arrival (DOD)
  • In the event that the incorrect product is shipped
  • All returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery.

If the incorrect item were sent out from our end, we readily admit that it would be entirely our problem. You may request a refund if the item you receive is different from the one described in the confirmation email we send after processing your order.

  • When returning anything, make sure you have the original receipt.
  • You must ensure that the product has not been used and that it is returned in its original packaging with an intact seal. The original documentation, including boxes, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, will also be included.
  • You have 24 hours from when you receive the item to report any problems with the product (such as missing or broken parts) to us.

If You are NOT Qualified to Do So?

Since each and every one of our customers’ orders is crucial to our success, we place a premium on speedy and reliable product delivery.

  • Your right to cancel your order is waived on our end when you place a “PRE-ORDER” or “SPECIAL ORDER” for a product.
  • If the packaging is cut using the original packaging from the manufacturer.
  • When there has been the use of the item before returning it for a refund or replacement.
  • The state of having misplaced or forgotten one’s original packing materials.

No Return, Exchange, and Refund for Open Box Cameras

Please be aware that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for open box cameras. Once purchased, open box cameras are considered final sale.

If you happen to receive a broken or incorrect item, we will help you get a new one right away. But, depending on the circumstances, damaged items can be fixed, refunded, or exchanged.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a replacement request.

Product exchanges are processed within three to five business days of our receiving your replacement request.

After your refund has been processed and accepted, we will provide you a refund through the same method you originally used to pay. With this method, your credit will be applied to your account in as little as five to seven business days. The majority of the time, the same payment method is used as the first purchase. Take note that we can only offer a full refund of the product ordered value excluding shipping and handling costs.
