Warranties:

Every item on Pixelsperfects.in is backed by a full manufacturer’s warranty.

GST Tax:

A GST invoice, required by Indian law, is included with every purchase made through pixelsperfect.in. Items have an all-India warranty policy because they were designed to be used in India.

Only New Items:

pixelsperfect.in assures that all products sold on the site are 100% genuine and brand new, just as recognized by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, pixelsperfect.in does not provide any things that have been previously owned for sale.

Physical Damage Policy:

Physical damage to any goods purchased at pixelsperfect.in will effectively negate warranty coverage. Physical damage comprises incorrect handling and/or any other sort of damage caused by irregular usage of the goods. As a result, pixelsperfect.in will return any physically damaged Goods back to the client at the customer’s expense.

Processing Time:

If the items you ordered are in stock and there are no issues with your payment being verified, your order will be completed within 24 to 48 hours. While same-day shipping isn’t something pixelsperfect.in can promise, we will try our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. The weekend and holidays are off-limits for order processing.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:

The client has the option to cancel the order up to three hours after ordering it. In the event that a customer requests a refund, the bank will deduct a fee equal to 3% of the order value and issue a credit to the client’s original method of payment within 5 business days. There is a 4% cost on EMI transactions and American Express (AMEX) Credit Cards, plus an additional 5% fee on overseas cards. If you receive an item and decide you don’t want it after 24 hours, you can send it back. Shipping Policy:

After receiving your order, the product will be shipped within two business days. After confirmation, we’ll have them to you in a flash (between 5-7 days**). In the absence of any unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, riots, road blockage, political issues, etc.)
